If your fabric is less than 5 yards (most for the lace fabrics) it will arrive to you in 1 continuous cut. If you order more than 5 yards of a fabric it may come in 2 or more cuts but our customer service team will contact you in the event it does come in multiple cuts. Cotton fabric comes as 1 continuous cut.

Items that are out of stock or on backorder generally become available again within 15 business days. If you need more specific information about a product's availability date, please contact mycutesale@gmail.com. With out-of-stock items that need to be manufactured, please allow 5-6 weeks for delivery.

We do our best to describe an item's color in each description we write. We hold each fabric to the window to observe the color in natural light. We can’t guarantee exact colors or color matching because of this simple fact: Variations in a monitor or mobile color settings are just too wide from device to device. This is why we strongly encourage you to order a swatch before purchasing your fabric or trim.

Swatches vary in size. Generally, our swatches are 5" x 5"but they may be cut as small as 3" x 4"

We makes every effort to provide its customers with exceptional fabric and other top-quality goods. In the event a fabric or product does arrive damaged or defective, we strongly recommend you contact us as soon as the defect is noticed. After 30 days from your original invoice date, we will no longer consider items for return. In order to receive a full refund, a returned material authorization (RMA) number and a copy of the original order invoice must accompany the returned item. We reserve the right to deny any refunds for fabrics that have been subsequently cut or altered. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item and will be processed against the original form of payment. The appropriate account will be credited within two weeks time. Original shipping costs will be refunded on defective items only.

Exchanges are not accepted. We strongly recommend you order a swatch before you place a fabric or trim order.

Because our inventory is constantly changing, printing catalogs isn't really a practical option. Our website, however, is constantly being updated with new fabrics and other products, so we recommend you check back here often for new arrivals in all categories.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Any orders placed using express shipping after 2:00 PM EST will ship on the following business day.Most orders are processed within 24 hours. After being processed below are the shipping timetables: • USPS First class arrives in 3-7 business days once shipped • USPS Priority mail arrives in 2-3 business days once shipped
